Return Policy

We accept returns for items that are new, unused, and in their original condition. Please ensure all items meet the following criteria:

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

• For wetsuit returns using the prepaid return label, a $15 fee will be deducted from your refund.

• For all other items using the prepaid return label, a $6 fee will be deducted from your refund.

• Provide your order number for fast and accurate processing.

• Returns are only accepted for purchases made on buellsurf.com.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

• Products marked as FINAL SALE.

• Shipping costs.

• Gift cards.

• International orders (cannot be returned or refunded).

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Contact us at webinfo@buellsurf.com to obtain a prepaid return label.

2. Pack your merchandise in the original packaging or other suitable materials.

3. Include your order number and reason for return on the form provided with your order.

4. Ship your return to us using the prepaid label.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or as store credit, if applicable.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Wetsuits purchased from any source other than buellsurf.com cannot be returned to our facility and are not eligible for refunds. This includes in-store purchases and items bought from other websites.
