OUR RETURN POLICY
- We gladly accept returned items that are new, unused, and in their original condition.
- Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags still attached.
- We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Refunds will be deducted a total of $15 for wetsuit returns using the prepaid return label.
- Refunds will be deducted a total of $6 for all other returned items using the prepaid return label.
- Please provide us with your order number for fast and accurate returns.

- Gift Cards
- Orders shipped internationally cannot be returned or refunded.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM I BOUGHT?
- Pack your merchandise in the original packaging or with other suitable packaging materials.
- Include your order number and the reason for return on the page provided with your order.
- Ship it back using the prepaid return label included with your purchase.
Once your return has been received please allow 7 - 10 business days to process your request and receive a refund. You will receive a refund to the original method of payment or store credit (if applicable).
ANOTHER NOTE
Wetsuits purchased from anywhere other than https://buellsurf.com/ cannot be returned to our facility nor are they eligible for a refund. We cannot accept returns purchased in-store or from other sites.
