Shipping Information
We ship wetsuits and apparel anywhere in the continental US and are currently offering free shipping on all orders over $150. Standard rates apply for orders to Alaska and Hawaii.
For promotions with free shipping, this is offered for the contiguous US only. Standard rates apply for orders being shipped outside of these areas.
Foamie Surfboards are excluded from free shipping.
Please allow 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed for items to be fulfilled and receive a shipping confirmation.
Processing & Shipping Orders
Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Our warehouse shipping hours are 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (PST). Orders placed after 2:00 pm will ship the following business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships.
In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, you may receive multiple shipments to complete your order.
Please note that order processing times may vary due to holidays and peak seasons.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
You can check the status of your order through the Shop app, USPS, or FedEx websites.
Shipping Methods
We use USPS Ground as our primary shipping method. Please note that USPS may not be able to deliver to all addresses including P.O. boxes. We recommend selecting FedEx Ground shipping at checkout as an alternative method to ensure delivery.
International Shipping
The estimated delivery time is 10 business days although we cannot account for time spent in customs for your country. Buell Wetsuits & Surf will not be responsible for duties, taxes, or fees upon entry, nor can we determine what the additional fees will be. We recommend that you check with your local customs office or post office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. These fees are not included in our shipping and handling rates. Delays at customs, while rare, can add up to two weeks to delivery time.
Kindly note that Buell Wetsuits & Surf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for shipping delays once the package leaves our warehouse.
