Where's my stuff?

    Our team works as diligently as possible to ship orders. Please expect delays during peak shopping seasons.

    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation and tracking number. We promise!

    Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update. Additional shipping information can be found here.

    Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:30 am - 3:00 pm (PST). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday, excluding some holidays.

     

    How do I return an item I bought?

    Bought the wrong size online? Not what you thought it was?

    Simply return the product using the prepaid return label.

    Do you offer exchanges?

    We do not have the ability to process exchanges for online purchases. If you bought something that you would like to return, please follow our return process found here.

     

    Can I change or cancel my order?

    We cannot change or cancel orders. Once an order is submitted and paid for- we're already in motion and cannot stop the order. We offer returns on most items. See our return policy here.

     

    My item is out of stock.  When will it be available?

    If the item that you are interested in is no longer in stock then you can choose to be notified once it becomes available. 

    Please note that we do not guarantee items. Some styles are limited to a specific season and may not be available again. For other items, you will be notified once we receive new inventory. 

     

    I have warranty issue with my wetsuit.  What do I do?
