Where’s My Stuff?

Our team works diligently to ship orders promptly, but please expect delays during peak shopping seasons.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM (PST). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

How Do I Return an Item I Bought?

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at webinfo@buellsurf.com to request a prepaid return label.

  2. Pack Your Items: Use the original packaging or other suitable materials.

  3. Include Documentation: Add your order number and the reason for the return using the form provided with your order.

  4. Ship It Back: Use the provided return label to send the package.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (if applicable). For complete details, visit our Returns Policy.


Do You Offer Exchanges?

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges for online purchases. If you’d like to return an item, please follow our return process.


Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

We’re unable to change or cancel orders once they’ve been submitted and paid. However, you can return most items (excluding “Final Sale” items) by following our return policy.


My Item is Out of Stock. When Will It Be Available?

If an item you’re interested in is out of stock:

  • Opt to receive notifications when it’s back in stock.

  • Note that some styles are seasonal or limited edition and may not return to inventory.


I Have a Warranty Issue With My Wetsuit. What Do I Do?

For issues like split seams or zipper problems, refer to our Warranty Policy for instructions on how to proceed.
