BOGO (Buy One, Get One) Promotion Policy

Refunds

• For a full refund, both items purchased in the BOGO promotion must be returned.

Buy One, Get One Free

• The discount applies to the lower-priced item, reducing its price to $0.
• If one item is returned:
  • Free item returned: No refund for the free item.
  • Paid item returned: Refund is reduced by the original price of the free item.

Buy One, Get One 50% Off

• The discount applies to the lower-priced item, reducing its price by 50%.
• If one item is returned:
  • Paid item returned: Refund is reduced by the original full price of the discounted item.
  • Discounted item returned: Refund is for the promotional price paid (50% off).

Examples

1. Buy One, Get One Free:

   • Item 1: $200
   • Item 2: $60 (discounted to $0)
   • If Item 2 (free item) is returned: No refund.
   • If Item 1 is returned: Refund is reduced by $60.

2. Buy One, Get One 50% Off:

   • Item 1: $200
   • Item 2: $60 (discounted to $30)
   • If Item 1 is returned: Refund is reduced by $60.
   • If Item 2 is returned: Refund is $30 (promotional price).

Important Notes

• BOGO purchases are not eligible for exchanges.
• Promotion valid for a limited time.
