Shipping Information - FINAL SALE

Domestic Shipping
We ship wetsuits and apparel anywhere in the continental U.S. and currently offer free shipping on orders over $175. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, standard shipping rates apply.

Promotional free shipping is available for the contiguous U.S. only. Orders shipping outside this area are subject to standard rates.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note that delays may occur during sales and peak holiday shopping seasons.

Processing & Shipping

  • Due to our sitewide sales, we are currently seeing a big wave of orders and it’s taking longer than usual for us to ship things out. We are working hard to get everything shipped as fast as we can.
  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • To expedite delivery, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
  • Processing times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, and promotional sales.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to update.
  • Track your order through the Shop app, USPS, or FedEx websites.

Shipping Methods
Our primary shipping method is USPS Ground. If USPS cannot deliver to your address (e.g., P.O. boxes), we recommend selecting FedEx Ground at checkout for alternative delivery options.

International Shipping

  • Due to our sitewide sales, we are currently seeing a big wave of orders and it’s taking longer than usual for us to ship things out. We are working hard to get everything shipped as fast as we can.
  • Estimated delivery time: 10 business days (customs processing time not included).
  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
  • Please check with your local customs office or post office for details on potential charges.
  • Customs delays, while rare, may add up to two weeks to delivery times.

  • We are not liable for shipping delays once your package leaves our warehouse.
